JEE Mains
Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) is an Engineering entrance examination conducted by different engineering colleges in India in different State for the admission in different engineering Colleges across India. This examinations is divided into two different categories first is known as JEE Mains and other is known as JEE Advanced. Any student who qualify JEE Main entrance exam is eligible for JEE advanced examination. JEE advanced examination is considered as a one of the most challenging entrance examination for undergraduate students.
JEE Exam formally known as AIEEE and IIT-JEE. After 2012 the government decide to replace this name and today it is known as JEE. This examination is conducted by IITs colleges in India. There are many different institute in India like Indian Institute of Science education and research, Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Petroleum Technology And The Indian Institute of Science, which used the marks obtained in JEE Main and advanced such as a basis for the admission in their colleges.
In 2013, the IIT councils of India confirm and decide to the decision of the joint admission board to continue with two phases in JEE patterns (Mains and Advanced) for for the admission in IIT colleges in 2014. Joint seat allocation Authority of India conducted the joint admission process for the total seats of 23 IITs, 32 NITs and 19 other government found technical institutes in India.
