Linear and angular velocity

If f be the frequency of an object in circular motion, then the object will complete one revolution in 1/f second, which is known as time period.

Time Period T = 1/f

Let a point object is moving in a uniform circular motion with frequency (f) and time period (T). Then, the object complete one revolution in T time and traced angle in complete one revolution is 2π.

Relation Between Linear Velocity (v) and Angular Velocity (ω)

Let a particle moving on circular track of radius r is showing angular displacement ∆θ in time ∆t. In this time period, it covers a distance ∆s along the circular track.
